Fiesta Mart seeks recipes for a new cookbook

Hadfield Communications, a Houston-based ad agency, has been charged with a major upgrade to the web site of Texas-based Fiesta Mart (with 40+ stores). Fiesta Mart is well-known for its international mix of imported and exotic foods. Hadfield Communications is in need of 500+ recipes within the next few weeks. Chef/cookbook author will receive a byline and a photo of the cookbook cover. Please submit recipes, prepared dish photos, cookbook photos via ftp: www.hadfield.net/uploads as soon as possible.
