Stacey Adams was inducted into the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers de Saint-Uguzon on June 27 at the residence of Geard Araud, French Ambassador to the United States. Cathy Strange, President of the Guilde's New World Chapter and Roland Barthelemy, the Guilde's Provost, presented Stacey with the Guilde's medal, its highest honor, recognizing her exemplary work to promote, educate and foster the traditions of artisanal French and American cheeses.
