Les Dames d'Escoffier Washington, D.C. Regional Chapter is a vibrant and diverse group of women leaders in food, beverage, and hospitality. Our mission is to support, inspire, and empower women in the industry and to advance community-based food initiatives. We accomplish this through scholarships, grants, mentorship, and educational programming.

Join Les Dames d’Escoffier, Washington, D.C., Regional Chapter for an immersive evening that celebrates the extraordinary talent, creativity, and leadership of our members. This one-night experience transforms the space into a curated showcase of Dame-led stations, each highlighting a unique culinary, beverage, hospitality, and creative specialty at the historical Whittemore House is Washington, DC's Dupont Circle neighborhood.
Throughout the evening, guests will circulate freely among interactive stations hosted by LDE-DC members, enjoying thoughtfully prepared tastings, demonstrations, conversations, and moments of inspiration. From chefs and bakers to sommeliers, mixologists, authors, educators, and food-system leaders, each station offers a personal window into the talent and passion that define our community.
This is more than a tasting, it’s a celebration of women supporting women, sharing expertise, and lifting one another up. Designed to spark connection, collaboration, and discovery, the evening invites members and guests alike to engage, learn, and savor the collective brilliance of Les Dames d’Escoffier, Washington, D.C., Regional Chapter.

Your Donations Help
A key component of our organization is the giving of scholarships and grants. Our scholarship program has subsidized dozens of women through the years by helping fund their culinary education. Our grants provide financial assistance to nonprofit organizations in our community that promote health, sustainable food practices, and culinary training specifically geared to women and children.
