Membership
Candidates for membership in Les Dames d'Escoffier (Washington, DC Regional Chapter) must be professional women whose main paid occupation has been in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries for a minimum of five years. Membership is open to qualified women living and working in Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland. For more information, contact our Vice President for Membership, Chapter President or Les Dames d'Escoffier International.
