It would be a delight for me to be part of Global Culinary Initiative program! Eating is one of my favorite hobbies and it would be a great privilege for me to travel the world through its special cuisine from respective countries. Since you explored Taiwanese cuisine, I realized that I need to read this post since we will be going to Taiwan this coming April of this year. It's going to be my first time and I promised my family that we will eat a lot there. By saying that, I need to familiarize myself first regarding the Taiwanese cuisine.
