The New Passover Menu is an innovative and fresh look at Passover food. It is organized by menus and includes updated twists on traditional recipes (flavored matzoh balls and gefilte fish wrapped around fresh salmon), beautiful salads, Peruvian chicken and Moroccan short ribs, a breakfast chapter, desserts and more. You will also be able to purchase a copy of her book at the market.

DC Dame Amy Riolo will present about the History of Women in the Culinary Arts and will moderate a panel of leading cookbook authors. They include DC Dames Sheilah Kaufman, Joan Nathan, Najmieh Batmanglij and Domenica Marchetti. They will discuss their careers and their female role models and offer a sample taste from a recipe from one of their books. The authors' books will be available to purchase. Cost: $15
