The New Passover Menu is an innovative and fresh look at Passover food. It is organized by menus and includes updated twists on traditional recipes (flavored matzoh balls and gefilte fish wrapped around fresh salmon), beautiful salads, Peruvian chicken and Moroccan short ribs, a breakfast chapter, desserts and more. You will also be able to purchase a copy of her book at the market.
