Paula Shoyer will be at Bethesda Central Farm Market on Sunday from 10:30am-12:30pm with delicious samples from her new book "The New Passover Menu".
The New  Passover Menu is an innovative and fresh look at Passover food. It is organized by menus and includes updated twists on traditional recipes (flavored matzoh balls and gefilte fish wrapped around fresh salmon), beautiful salads, Peruvian chicken and Moroccan short ribs, a breakfast chapter, desserts and more.
