REINVENTING RESTAURANTS: An Insider's Look at Pivoting in a Pandemic
A Les Dames d'Escoffier Zoom Panel (For members and the public) Monday, June 1, 2020 8 -9:15 p.m. From dinner clubs to brunch boxes to employee relief fund drives, leading local female restaurateurs and members of the Washington D.C. chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier will delve into the details of how their establishments met the challenges posed by the COVID crisis.
