Explore the complex food system that brings what we eat from farm to fork on a docent-led tour of the fascinating exhibit, FOOD: OUR GLOBAL KITCHEN, at the National Geographic Society (NGS) museum in Washington. After the museum tour, KAITLIN YARNALL, Executive Editor, Cartography, Graphics and Art for NGS, and director of the Future of Food initiative, will give us a behind the scenes look at how the NGS developed their food series and the editorial process behind the initiative.
