Meet & Greet at Federal Fritter in Rehoboth on December 29 at 4pm

Meet & Greet: Join DC Dames at a gathering to introduce ourselves to women in hospitality in the Delmarva region, where our chapter is expanding. The event will include wine, a quick bite and friendly conversation at Ellen Kassoff’s Delaware restaurant. 4 p.m. December 29, Federal Fritter & Bistro, 62A Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach. Following the Meet & Greet, the restaurant will host A Historic Dinner and Uncle Nearest bourbon tasting that is open to Dames and the general public. The multiple award-winning Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey, whose leadership team is stacked with women, was founded as a tribute to Nearest Green, the first African-American distiller. The four-course dinner, prepared by Ellen’s husband Chef Todd Gray, plus the tasting is $49 (excluding gratuity).
