As we noted in the February issue, Ris Lacoste, owner of RIS, is a semifinalist for the James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Restaurant Award. Before the finalists are announced on March 29, our chapter has the opportunity to get together and eat there! Jessica Botta shared her homemade lasagna, and while we couldn't taste it, we enjoyed seeing it and Drew Faulkner offered up advice on freezing eggplant.
