Dames Who Dine: Join us for a dinner at Chang Chang, prolific chef and restaurateur Peter Chang’s first eatery in D.C. The dinner is hosted by Jen Lin-Liu, director of events at the restaurant. Cost: $71 includes appetizer, main course and dessert, drinks not included.
