Amphitheater (Concourse Level) of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC). DC Central Kitchen Executive Director Mike Curtin invites you to join us as we celebrate the life and legacy of our beloved Culinary Job Training Director, Marianne Ali. In her two decades at DC Central Kitchen, Marianne helped 1,500 women and men overcome barriers to employment and begin culinary careers through her tireless commitment to teaching, supporting, and empowering others.  You will hear from some of the people who worked with Marianne most closely, including DC Central Kitchen Founder Robert Egger and CEO Mike Curtin, Chefs Jose Andres, Carla Hall, and Rock Harper, and several of her students. There is no cost to attend and no requirement to RSVP.​
