              General Membership Registration: 11:30 a.m.
              General Membership Meeting: 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. 
              Luncheon: 1:30 p.m.

PROXY:  Attendance, in person, at one General Membership Meeting per fiscal year is a requirement of membership.
